We are so blessed to join with you in the fight against hunger in our community.

A key reason for our growth and success is working with your agency! Please review the following information carefully before you register any recipients.

If you are an individual/family looking to receive a meal on Thanksgiving, you will need to connect with an Agency (such as United Way 211 or a church or school) so they can register your family.

Sign up for an Agency Account in order to register recipients to receive Thanksgiving Dinner.

You must be registered and logged in to your account in order to register any recipients.


Consider a Group Delivery

We’re encouraging our Agencies to register as a Group Delivery. This means that you’ll register once with your delivery address, and F5K Volunteers will deliver the meals to your location. Then, you will distribute them to your recipients.

Register Your Recipients

Enter all of the required information for each recipient.

Please make sure all of your information is current. If the address cannot be found in our routing system, we CANNOT deliver the meal.

Please note: All deliveries will be made between 10 am and 2 pm on Thanksgiving Day (based on location). Reheat instructions will be included with each meal.

Should you need to update information that has already been submitted, please fill out the form on our Contact page. Be sure to include the new Recipient details, and we will update it within the system. Please DO NOT re-submit the Recipient Registration form.

There will be a strict cut-off date of Tuesday, November 15th at 7pm for all deliveries unless demand dictates us to close earlier.
