It’s that time again! Lamb of God Church in South Ft Myers has teamed with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for their annual Thanksgiving Outreach, and we need your help. 

We will be delivering fully cooked complete Thanksgiving meals on Thursday, November 25, 2010.  The meal includes turkey, dressing, potatoes, sweet potatoes, vegetables, rolls and dessert.  We are collecting names of needy families in the area that we can bring turkey dinners to on Thanksgiving.  If you know of anyone in need, or work with anyone in need that would like a fresh cooked meal on Thanksgiving, please visit our website at www.feedingthe5000.net and register them through the Recipient Signup page. The meals are free of charge and will be delivered on Thanksgiving Day sometime between 10am and 3pm. We are asking that everyone register through the website this year.

There is also a form to register as a Volunteer if you would like to help us. Last year, we delivered over 5,000 meals, and we are looking to top that this year. Please help! You will be required to enter the following information:
